Great to meet you!

Struggling to get through the day? Feeling stuck and bogged down by lots of different thoughts and feelings? Not sure who to turn to? I would love to help! I work closely with adolescent, college-aged and adult clients. I can help you manage your anxiety, depression, OCD and life transitions, as well as alleviate the distress associated with these struggles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will collaborate with you to develop solution-focused approaches to help you move forward and feel more in control of your life and experiences. Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP), we can work together to help you feel empowered and confident in navigating all of life’s challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

I show up as myself— honest, warm, humorous and empathetic. I value a collaborative, client-focused approach which increases your comfort, trust, and safety. Therapy can be scary, but I’m on this journey with you. I hope you will consider calling for a free 10-min phone consultation to explore the possibility of working together.
