Great to meet you!

Life is like the weather. It’s always changing. No matter what your life transition is—from getting a new job to losing a loved one to changing your gender identity—I’m here to help you weather it.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I like to look at how you’re dealing with transitions through the lens of your family. Sometimes the umbrellas we’re given aren’t sturdy enough to protect us in a downpour. I can help you gain perspective and develop coping skills to deal with the anxiety and depression that often come with change.

My approach to therapy

My favorite part of being a therapist is developing therapeutic relationships. We’ll work together to tackle the storms and find hope. And I promise you, even on the gloomiest of days, I will look for opportunities for us to smile.

What you can expect from me

I understand that meeting someone for the first time can feel weird. So, I think of first sessions as just a chance for us to say "hi." And for me to start to understand what you're hoping to get from therapy.
