My approach to therapy

Collaboratively we will spark change through evidence based modalities tailored to your needs. I will actively listen offering reframing, reflecting, clarifying, and challenging maladaptive patterns. I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Harm Reduction, and Mindfulness.
