Great to meet you!

I see life as a story, and we hold the pens to our next steps. Some chapters of our stories are wonderful, some are difficult, and all of them combine to make us who we are. I believe that everyone has much to tell, and I am passionate about helping people live the lives they desire while holding space for mystery and wonder as each person’s path unfolds. I have been in the field for 11 years, and truly love what I do.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It is an honor to be a fellow traveler with folks along their paths toward healing. I work in the treatment of eating disorders and addiction and at times, how they intersect. I specialize in bulimia, binge eating disorder, and addiction. I also work with grief and loss, depression, spirituality, religious trauma, existential concerns, LGBTQIA+ concerns, anxiety, communication, self-worth, identity development, and overall wellness. I believe strongly in co-creating treatment with my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

Life can be hard, and you don't have to do it alone! I seek to create a safe space where you can truly be witnessed for exactly who you are, and empowered to make the changes for which you are searching. I believe in addressing wellness holistically, and I often use Narrative Therapy, and Existential approaches in session in addition to those listed above.
