Great to meet you!

I have been providing therapy to an array of clientele for 17+ years, 12 of those years being licensed as an LMFT. Through those years, I have gained experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families of all shapes and sizes dealing with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, neurodivergence to serious mental illness, trauma, high conflict, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You'll get personalized treatment in a non-threatening, non-judgmental manner. I take the journey with you to build on strengths, overcome difficulties, discover better solutions, and maintain healthy changes. My experiences have prepared me to provide effective therapy to even the most challenging of clients

What you can expect from our first session

I take into account the difficulty to begin therapy and work with you to create a safe, supportive, comfortable atmosphere to discuss the difficult issues and create positive changes.
