Great to meet you!

My clients have described me as compassionate and easy to talk to. My goal as a therapist is to equip my clients with effective tools to take on life's challenges.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my Master's degree at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. I have eight years of experience working with adults, youth, and couples to manage concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts, mood disorders, phase of life concerns, and behavioral problems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Utilizing an integrative and collaborative approach, I work as a guide to support my clients in navigating challenges and reaching their goals. I believe that our background, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religious beliefs, and trauma history tell a unique story about who we are.

What you can expect from our first session

It is important to me to consider my client's lived experience in the therapeutic process. I pride myself on providing a non-judgemental, safe space for clients to express themselves. It is my joy to support my clients in gaining self-awareness, navigating their relationships, improving their mood, processing their past experiences, and reaching their optimal potential.
