Great to meet you!

I’m Alisha Fuller, LPCC, NCC, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years of experience in both clinical and spiritually integrated mental health care. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University in Chicago, and am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for adults to heal and grow. As your counselor and accountability partner, we’ll explore life’s challenges and past experiences that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll build self-awareness and empowerment to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

Alisha’s approach is compassionate, practical, and purpose-driven. She helps individuals manage anxiety and move from feeling stuck to living with purpose and power by addressing past trauma and present-life challenges. Her work bridges the gap between trauma and transformation, guiding clients to reclaim wholeness and emotional balance. As she says, “I can help you with more than the emotional triggers and guide you through the after-those moments,” empowering clients to move forward with clarity, strength, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space in their first session. We’ll talk about what brings you to counseling, identify what feels most pressing right now, and begin setting clear, realistic goals for your healing and growth. I focus on helping you feel heard, grounded, and supported, never rushed or overwhelmed. By the end of the session, you can expect greater clarity about next steps and a sense of hope and direction moving forward.
