Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with teens, and young adults struggling with body image and eating disorders. I also work with neurodivergent teens and adults that are navigating life living in a neurotypical world. Together we will work towards greater self acceptance and compassion, as well as creating and maintaining healthy relationships. I will work at a pace that feels safe, and also push you to explore parts of yourself that you may be avoiding.

My approach to therapy

I offer both individual and family work. My primary modalities for supporting families with children struggling with eating disorders include Family Based Treatment and Emotion Focused Family Therapy. For individuals, I provide an eclectic approach including DBT, RO-DBT, ERP, and CBT modalities.

What you can expect from me

You can expect for me to step into your world and do my best to understand how to best support you, while also challenging you to do things that are difficult.
