Great to meet you!

I graduated from my Masters program in 2016 and have been in private practice for the past three years. It is a privilege to create a safe space for someone to embrace vulnerability and receive support. I pride myself on the way I show up in the therapy space as I am a clinician who values appropriate self-disclosure, authenticity, and warmth.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily from trauma and attachment based lenses. The trauma and attachment lens is used to build a thorough case conceptualization with additional modalities such as CBT, Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, and Narrative Therapy to address the areas clients would like to change or grow in.

What you can expect from me

Rapport is the primary focus for the first several months of treatment. I do not expect clients to enter into the therapy space and dive right into their heaviest topics and encourage them to share about aspects of their life feel comfortable sharing. Rapport is about getting to know one another and developing a level of comfort and trust.
