Alisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports clients through life transitions and helps them manage stress by fostering a sense of balance in their daily lives. She works with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, burnout, substance use, postpartum concerns, and more. Outside of the therapy space, Alisha enjoys spending time with her son and sharing her passion for wellness through teaching yoga.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I integrate evidence-based practices with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion to support emotional and physical well-being. Together, we’ll explore not just thoughts and feelings, but how experiences live in the body, guiding you toward balance, resilience, and deeper self-understanding.
Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and work at a pace that feels right for you—whether that means building coping skills, processing past experiences, or fostering personal growth. My aim is for you to leave each session with greater self-awareness, practical tools for everyday life, and a deeper sense of confidence in your own path forward.
