As a counselor, my goal is to empower my clients to master their mental illness and enjoy life. I use various therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy, the Gottman method, mindfulness, and multi-systemic therapy to help improve communication and strengthen relationships.

I offer a holistic approach where we look at ways to improve your life as a whole. I use Cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused counseling along with psycho-education to help you grow and thrive. I believe in creating a compassionate, therapeutic setting catered specifically to your needs so that you can begin to heal.
