Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients. Hi there, I’m Alisha. If you’re looking for a therapist who is down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely in your corner, I’d love to work with you. After 11 years in the mental health field, I’m excited to be back in private practice and to support you wherever you are in life. I work with both teens and adults, and our time together will always be shaped around you and what you need.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients right where they are and walk alongside them through growth and change. I pull from a range of approaches so our work fits your unique story rather than a one size fits all plan. Whether you’re facing something specific or just feeling ready for support, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and truly understood.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, comfortable, judgment free space where you can share as little or as much as you’d like, at your own pace. There’s no pressure here, just steady support as we move forward together. Clients describe me as down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely caring. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
