Great to meet you!

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with diverse populations facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, addiction, long term incarceration, mental health struggles, and life transitions. I understand how negative experiences and deeply held self-beliefs can shape the way we navigate life. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your pace, helping you process past experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, and build a healthier, more empowered path forward.

My approach to therapy

Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), we can work to address and resolve many difficulties that may interfere with the life you envision for yourself reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, low self esteem, and relationship issues. Additionally, I am trained in perinatal mental health serving people through preconception, pregnancy, perinatal loss, infertility, and postpartum mental health complications.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental space to share their story. We’ll get to know each other, discuss your reasons for seeking support, and explore your goals for therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences and challenges, and together we’ll start identifying ways to move forward. My focus is on listening, building trust, and creating a plan that feels safe and manageable for you.
