Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed in your personal and professional life? Have you gone through a life-changing event or sudden transition, feeling like your days are marked with anxiety, chaos, and restlessness? When unexpected events occur, it can be common to experience worry, irritation, depression, lack of motivation, social withdrawal, and changes with your sleep and appetite. When life becomes overwhelming with nowhere to turn, I’m here to help. I provide a confidential and nurturing space to help you untangle the web that slows down your healing process.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), and a Trauma-Informed Care. Above all, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship to create a safe and meaningful space for healing.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to empower individuals to achieve their personal aspirations by providing an authentic and supportive therapeutic experience. I view therapy as a collaborative journey—one that fosters self-exploration, reflection, and lasting change. The first step toward healing can feeling overwhelming – but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or simply in need of a safe space to talk, support is here for you. I’m available to answer any of your questions. Let’s begin your journey toward feeling supported and empowered. You deserve to feel better.
