Great to meet you!

I provide mental health counseling to First Responders, adolescents, individuals, couples, and the LGBTQ+ community. I work with individuals struggling with substance use, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career changes, divorce, life transitions, sexual trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and more. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I provide counseling services in person and online Mondays-Wednesdays and Saturdays.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to always be mindful of the uniqueness of each client by showing respect for how each person's culture, values, socioeconomic status, and beliefs shape the individual or family.

What you can expect from me

We all need to feel a sense of belonging and safety. We want to be heard, our opinion matters, we love, we grieve, we cry, and we laugh, and sometimes the emotional roller coaster is too much to endure on your own. You are reading this because you decided enough! Good for you; take the next step, and reach out to me. In my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate environment and use proven techniques to empower my clients to live life and enjoy their journey.
