Great to meet you!

My goal as a clinician is to help you understand yourself better! I believe in empowering clients to hear their voices clearly so that they can live their lives authentically.

My approach to therapy

I believe in heightened self awareness and resolve; the art of identifying patterns of behavior and discovering the thoughts, beliefs and actions that need to improve or change. My approach to therapy involves empowering clients to discover themselves through guided introspection and real life exercises that take place outside of session.

What you can expect from me

Renewed sense of self. Clients will leave session with a new understanding of old beliefs and behaviors.
