Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Dr. Alishea Rowley, and I believe therapy should be a space where you can finally take a breath, be fully yourself, and make sense of the things you’ve been carrying.
In our first session, we’ll slow things down and get to know your story. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope will change, and the challenges you’ve been navigating. We’ll explore your goals, identify areas where you may feel overwhelmed or disconnected, and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive for your life.
My goal is that you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and equipped with a clearer sense of direction. Many clients describe feeling lighter, more hopeful, and more empowered as they begin to understand themselves in new ways.
I have 20 years of experience as a mental health professional, working with individuals through life transitions, relationships, anxiety, trauma, and the challenges that come with trying to hold everything together.
I have a special passion for working with high-achieving women who are successful on the outside but exhausted from constantly being the one everyone depends on. My work centers around helping women regulate, release the pressure to over-function, and learn that letting go does not mean falling apart—it means making room for themselves.
Outside of my clinical work, I am also a counselor educator and professor, which allows me to combine my love of teaching, growth, and helping others discover their own strengths.
If you’re ready to stop carrying everything alone and begin creating a life that feels more balanced and authentic, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
