I am Dr. Alishea Rowley, a psychotherapist specializing in working with individuals and families for over 16 years. I practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, adjustment issues, OCD, and and a wide range of other clinical diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating clients with respect, empathy, and non-judgmental positive regard. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe that clients underestimate the power they possess to survive and thrive. My primary goal is to listen with sensitivity, compassion, and intent to identify the most effective strategies to lessen the unwanted feelings and behaviors and lead them to living the lives they desire. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
