Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alison. Thanks for stopping by—here’s a little about me.

I work with adults, teens, and children as they navigate everyday struggles like anxiety, depression, relationship challenges. I also support clients facing trauma, addiction, and other major life issues and transitions. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to create a plan that supports your growth and healing—at a pace that feels right for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy should be a place where you can be yourself and feel heard—where your unique preferences, personality, values, and goals are taken into account. I use a client-centered approach and draw from research-based methods like CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll find what works best for you so that therapy feels like a good fit and supports meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, you can expect a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Sessions are collaborative and flexible—we’ll set goals together and work toward them at your pace. We’ll talk through what’s going on in your life, explore patterns or challenges, and use practical tools to support your healing and growth.
