Great to meet you!

Hi there! I know it takes a lot of courage to look for a therapist. I specialize in working with hyperindependence, people pleasing, attachment wounds, and complex trauma, utilizing Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and parts work.

If you’re someone who:

• considers what others want or need before yourself

• notices you’re often your own worst critic

• feels out of place in your own body

• or isn’t showing up as presently as you’d like in your life

...there is space for you here.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is something simple but powerful: attuned, grounded, and authentic presence. In a world that moves fast and asks so much of us, being deeply seen and met matters now more than ever. I specialize in working with complex trauma, discovering your internal narrative, and recovering from burnout.

What you can expect from me

As your therapist, I'm committed to coming alongside you. My goal is to create a collaborative and safe space to help you open up about things that are frightening, hard or uncomfortable. I believe that we are often hurt in relationship and connection to others and we also heal in relationship and connection to one another. It's important to me that you feel heard and seen in your experience. You can expect a warm, engaging, invested, and experienced counselor with stepping into my therapy room.
