Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor who works primarily with women navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or frustrated with themselves for not being able to “keep up” in the way they think they should.

I specialize in helping neurodivergent individuals better understand their patterns, reduce shame, and develop tools that actually work for their brains—especially in areas like executive functioning, emotional regulation, and burnout.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel both validating and useful, so our work focuses not only on insight, but also on practical strategies you can apply in your everyday life. My approach blends evidence-based care with a deeply individualized lens, helping clients build systems, skills, and self-awareness that align with how they naturally think, feel, and function.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building a clear understanding of your current concerns, symptoms, and goals. I use a flexible, conversational style rather than a rigid intake, allowing space for you to share your experiences in a way that feels natural.

I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where clients—especially those navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, or neurodivergence—can begin to unmask and feel understood without judgment.

We’ll also begin identifying your goals for therapy and what meaningful progress looks like for you, so our work together is both personalized and practical.
