Great to meet you!

If this is your first time seeking therapy, or if you have been in therapy before you are welcome here.

I have years of clinical experience specializing in Trauma, Relationship Issues, as well as individuals with ADD/ADHD and individuals with Asperger's Syndrome. In addition to having a master's degree in Art Therapy from Pratt Institute, I have postgraduate training in Psychodynamic-Psychoanalytical Therapy, working with children and teens. Dance/Movement Therapy, and Drs. John and Julie Gottman Method. I have years of experience utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My approach to therapy

I offer an experiential approach, utilizing traditional Talk Therapy with Art Therapy, and Creative Development.

Creativity is the human capacity to express, explore, and make meaning. It is not limited to making art or being "artistic"—creativity shows up in how we solve problems, adapt to change, build relationships, and imagine new possibilities for ourselves. In therapy, creativity can be as simple as choosing a color that speaks to a feeling, telling a story, trying a new perspective, or finding a different way to relate to our inner experience. Everyone has creative potential, because creativity is not about performance—it's about connection, discovery, and expression.

What you can expect from me

I use a collaborative approach, tailoring your therapy to your unique needs, finding what works for you together. I take a non-pathologizing approach, creating warm and welcoming inclusive space.
