Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Colorado, and I'm passionate about helping people break free from the cycles of anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, and phobias.

My style is warm and collaborative, and I like to be intentional with our time, making sure you're getting what you need out of our sessions. In our work together you can expect me to share concrete tools and skills that help you build confidence and move towards your goals, while also encouraging deeper self-understanding and self-compassion.

I got my MSW from Metropolitan State University of Denver and received my license (LCSW) in 2019. I started my private practice in 2020 and have deeply enjoyed supporting folks with anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, and phobias, as they gradually overcome their fears and step into the lives they truly want to live.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me looks like:

Weekly or bi-weekly 55-minute sessions so we can keep that momentum going

Using a combination of the following:

  • Parts Work/ Internal Family Systems (IFS): to explore and understand yourself on a deeper level
  • Exposure and Response Prevention: gradually confronting your fears in a supportive way to help you overcome them
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): learning and using skills to help regulate emotions
  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT): to gain more awareness of your thinking patterns and what’s helping vs getting in the way
  • Mindfulness: a practice of being in the present moment nonjudgmentally and without attachment
  • Regular check-ins to make sure you’re getting what you need out of therapy
  • Unwavering support and compassion from me

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on identifying your goals and what you'd like to get out of therapy. Whether those goals are concrete or abstract, we will work together as a team towards them, and I will check in with you regularly to make sure you're getting what you need out of our time together.

My hope is that by the end of therapy you will have a toolbox of skills that help you manage your experience, and that you will feel empowered and confident in your ability to handle the inevitable ups and downs in life.
