Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Alison Dotti, a licensed psychologist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I have been practicing for 8 years and love being a part of my client's journey towards creating the life they want to live. I support clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, family communication concerns, motivation difficulties, neurodiversity, or questions related to identity and belonging.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and respected exactly as they are. I am not here to change who you are, but to help you better understand yourself, access your strengths, and build tools that support the growth you want. I believe everyone is an expert on their own life and I am here to help you tap into that knowledge.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will spend time getting to know you, your story, and what has brought you to therapy. We will talk about the challenges you are facing, what you would like support with, and what you hope to gain from our work together. From there, we will begin creating goals that feel meaningful and aligned for you. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and able to move at your own pace.
