Great to meet you!
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, an eating disorder, overwhelming stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe healing happens through curiosity rather than judgment, and I work to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Before opening my practice, I worked in higher levels of eating disorder treatment, where I supported clients with a wide range of presentations while also mentoring and training clinicians. Those experiences continue to shape how I approach therapy—with empathy, structure, and respect for each person's unique story.
My background in expressive arts therapy also allows me to integrate creativity into sessions when it feels helpful. You don't need to be artistic; creative approaches simply offer another way to explore emotions that can be difficult to put into words.
Finding the right therapist matters. If you're looking for someone who will meet you with authenticity, curiosity, and practical tools—not judgment—I would be honored to work with you.
