Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm so glad you are here. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) which means I'm interested in looking at you as an entire person, not just a diagnosis. I have been in private practice for 4 years but before that I have worked in in-patient, community mental health and emergency department settings. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and family conflicts and everyday life transitions while trying to balance it all.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a humanistic and relational approach as well as modalities including Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy to individually treat each person and their individual experience.

What you can expect from me

By working together, my hope is that you will gain tangible tools to heal past wounds, recognize your patterns and build your self awareness to open new doors. I look forward to learning your story!
