I have experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, school counselor, and have worked in a residential facility for teens. I have a passion for working with families going through the fertility and postpartum process. I want to help potential families navigate their fertility journey. I have an interest for helping people meet their personal goals, help manage anxiety and depression symptoms, and navigate life transitions. Let me encourage you to make small, consistent steps towards change.

I use a variety of techniques to build a unique therapeutic relationship with clients that is tailored to help achieve their goals. My specialties include: Infertility, Anxiety/Stress, Depression, Grief/Loss, Anger Management, and Self-Esteem. I want to help build a set of tools and healthy behaviors that allow them to be successful and empowered.

Clients can expect to gain new set of healthy coping skills and a strength to move forward with change. Clients usually find themselves with a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. My goal is for all clients to feel supported and encouraged. Open communication and honesty are most important for creating a safe, therapeutic environment.
