Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more complex mental health concerns. My approach is relaxed, supportive, and interactive. I use a mix of therapies including CBT, ACT, and trauma-focused approaches, but I tailor our work to your specific needs and goals. I focus on helping you better understand what you’re going through and giving you practical tools you can use in your daily life so things can start to feel more manageable.

My approach to therapy

My style is easygoing, supportive, and interactive. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can talk openly and feel understood, not judged. I like to bring in practical tools, resources, and information during sessions and I often encourage trying things out between sessions in real life. That way, you’re not just talking about change—you’re actually building skills and confidence to carry it into your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you—what’s been going on, what’s feeling difficult, and what you hope to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about your goals and start shaping a direction for our work together. My goal is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself—your thoughts, feelings, and patterns—and begin identifying practical steps that can help things feel more manageable.
