Hello, I'm a licensed professional counselor and supervisor based in Texas. I obtained my bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas and my master's degree in Psychology from Houston Baptist University. My focus is primarily on assisting teens and adults who face an array of challenges such as managing anger, coping with anxiety and depression, dealing with trauma/abuse, addressing relationship issues, and adapting to life changes.

My top priority is to establish a secure and welcoming environment for my clients, where they can heal, develop, and gain self-assurance. I offer unwavering support, empathy, and productive criticism to foster introspection, genuineness, and uniqueness throughout the therapeutic journey.
