Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating communication breakdowns in your relationships, or struggling to balance daily life demands? You don’t have to carry it alone.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Supervisor (LPC-S) with over a decade of dedicated experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and students. I am licensed to provide convenient, secure telehealth sessions to clients across Texas, California, and Florida.

In addition to my work with anxiety, stress, and relationship dynamics, I have extensive clinical experience supporting clients through ADHD, behavioral challenges, and learning differences. I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and I combine grounded clinical expertise with a warm, practical, and down-to-earth approach to meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative partnership tailored to your unique needs and goals. I view my role as both a supportive ally and an active guide who helps you gain clarity and momentum.

My clinical approach primary integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused frameworks, and evidence-based Gottman Method principles for relationship and communication work. Whether we are unweaving patterns of anxiety, strengthening partnership dynamics, or developing practical executive function strategies, my focus is on helping you uncover your strengths and build actionable coping tools for lasting emotional growth.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, we will focus on creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard. Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current challenges, and begin mapping out clear, realistic goals for our work together. You can expect a supportive, solution-oriented counselor who is ready to encourage you gently, challenge you constructively, and equip you with the practical tools needed to thrive.
