Great to meet you!

You’re doing your best to hold it all together, but inside, you feel overwhelmed. I help individuals move through anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and painful experiences with greater steadiness and self-understanding. Using EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, I work with my clients to reduce distress, process past trauma, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based tools like CBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. Many of my clients appear to have it all together but feel anxious, depressed, or burned out inside. Whether you’re a young adult navigating life transitions or a parent carrying the emotional weight of others, therapy offers space to feel grounded, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m also trained in EMDR, a research-backed approach that helps process overwhelming experiences and ease the emotional weight of the past

I believe the therapeutic relationship is integral to a successful experience in therapy. It's important to find someone with whom you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and processing difficult emotions, along with trying out new coping skills. I will work with you to increase emotional awareness, develop effective coping skills, heal past trauma, and reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect an intake appointment where I’ll take time to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current symptoms, mental health history, life stressors, and goals for counseling. From there, we’ll begin creating a plan together to help you feel better, build coping skills, and move toward the changes you want to see.
