Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, substance use concerns, depression, shame, and difficult life transitions. Many of the clients I support feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected from themselves and the life they want to create.

My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe exploring the deeper experiences and emotional patterns impacting your life. Together, we’ll work toward building insight, emotional healing, healthier coping skills, and lasting personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed. I help clients better understand how past experiences, relationships, and emotional wounds influence current thoughts, behaviors, self-esteem, and relationships.

I integrate evidence-based trauma treatment with insight-oriented therapy to help clients process trauma and PTSD, navigate substance use recovery, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier patterns that support long-term healing and emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and exploring what challenges feel most important right now. We’ll discuss what’s been weighing on you, what goals you hope to work toward, and what support would feel most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the process ahead.
