Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in supporting individuals navigating caregiver stress, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to care for others while trying to maintain your own well-being, and I provide a space where you can slow down, process, and feel supported without judgment.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in 2009 and my Master of Social Work from Utah State University in 2017. I draw from extensive experience in hospice care, where I supported individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable and meaningful moments.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens through connection, self-compassion, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel more supported, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges while reconnecting with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Life can bring moments that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or deeply painful—and no one should have to navigate those experiences alone. I believe therapy offers a space where people can feel truly heard, supported, and understood while finding their own path toward healing and growth.
