Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Alison Mullett and I've been working with clients in a therapeutic spaces for over 10 years in a range of settings: inpatient hospital, outpatient clinics, group therapy, and currently work with individuals aged 18-65 currently living in Texas.

I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and earned my Masters of Education in Counseling both from the University of Texas at San Antonio. I use humor, love boundary work, and am an ally to the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC populations.

I also provide Brainspotting therapy. I have completed Phase I and Phase II Brainspotting trainings, and I'm currently working towards full certification.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative approach; I don't believe therapy is one size fits all and enjoy collaborating with clients towards their individual goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect inquisitive, direct but warm approach that leads to thoughtful questions to ponder and healthy coping skills to help reduce current stressors.
