Great to meet you!

Through delving into an eclectic variety of theoretical orientations, I have developed a unique and creative approach to a predominately CBT lens. I focus on exploring the aspects of reality that clients have control and autonomy over. I work with clients in shifting perspectives and provide techniques for practising an overall sense of wellbeing and deepening conscious awareness of self.

My approach to therapy

I am kind and collaborative and direct. I can be incredibly challenging with a humorous and gentle edge as well as being a comforting soft place to hold the woes of the world for clients to recoup and gather replenished.

What you can expect from me

I intend to facilitate every session in such a way that clients leave therapy feeling noticeable benefit. Either better or clearer or lighter or more focused. It is not always possible to happen every week in the light of larger goals. If we have a hard session one week, expect an easier time the next. If you are not feeling positively impacted by our time together on a consistent basis then the work we are doing is not helping and we will pivot to discussing options for addressing this stat.
