Great to meet you!

I am a registered Art Therapist and I work within an eclectic approach to a predominately CBT lens. I mix traditional talk therapy with imagery and somatic awareness and tailor my interventions to meet you where you and your comfort is at. I am gently challenging when it comes to negative self talk and rigid belief structures impacting you in unhelpful ways. I am invested in having all the conflicting aspects of yourself feel supported and cared for.

My approach to therapy

I am kind and collaborative and direct. I offer perspective expanding insight to foster growth.
