Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults through a variety of life experiences and challenges. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, women’s issues, life transitions, and emotional regulation, and I also work with teens and children through play therapy. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while honoring each client’s unique story, values, and goals. For clients who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith and spirituality into the counseling process as a source of healing, meaning, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to understand what is keeping you stuck and identify meaningful steps toward change. I strive to balance compassion with gentle challenge, helping clients feel supported while also developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. My approach is individualized and practical, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Play Therapy. For clients who desire it, I also welcome the integration of Catholic faith and spirituality as part of the healing process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients will get familiar with the counseling space and me as a counselor. Clients can expect to learn practice policies and answer questions about themselves and the difficulties, symptoms, and circumstances surrounding them currently. Together, we will determine helpful goals to work towards in session in the future
