Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice in Westchester, NY since 2016, and I am licensed in New York State. I received my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University in 2009 and my Bachelors from Colgate University in 2007.

I can help you manage Anxiety, Depression, parenting challenges, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I draw on my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family therapy, attachment-based therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and holistic approaches to mental health as you hone skills in mindfulness, flexibility, direct communication and self-advocacy.

What you can expect from me

I will do my best to create a warm, safe environment for us to explore what you would like to change in your life and to accept what is beyond your control. I believe everyone has internal and external resources that they can discover and leverage to help themselves feel better. I will see you as the expert on your life and will lend you support and guidance. I will listen without judgment as you share your feelings and experiences and develop insight into yourself.
