Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for more than 2 decade and am tremendously grateful to be doing something I love. An important considerations in finding a therapist is that the clinician and the client are well matched. We won't know until we try. The client's need getting met is paramount!

My approach to therapy

People are so different. I have an eclectic style and utilize various aspect of different therapeutic approaches tailored for the uniqueness of each individual.

What you can expect from me

I prefer to begin by scheduling a COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION so that we can explore what the client is hoping to get out of therapy and to see if our availabilty is compatible. The first session will be kind of a meet and greet in which we see if we're comfortable and we want to move forward. No pressure.
