Great to meet you!

After graduating from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2015, I worked mostly in the agency and private practice setting as a mental health counselor. I work with teens, young adults, and adults working through a variety of struggles such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, gender issues, and relational conflicts.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a client centered approach that is warm and flexible. I keep in mind the intersectionality of a person’s identity and help them explore what they feel is their core-self, versus the oppressive societal pressures that can impact our self-worth.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to help you build a better self-awareness and provide a space for emotional release. I hope to provide a safe nonjudgmental space to express your authentic self.
