Great to meet you!

I have 13 years of experience working with adults with various mental health needs. I offer a safe space for you to receive compassion and understanding. This is so important as it can be a challenge to get this from the outside world. I can help you identify your inner strengths and how you can utilize your strengths to overcome your challenges. I have experience helping people learn how to cope with depression and anxiety. Depression and anxiety are not weaknesses and do not define who you are.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a tool to help you challenge your thoughts, to increase positive feelings and healthy decision making. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you see that there are many ways of looking at our challenges and solving problems.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe space for you to receive compassion and understanding. I meet you where you are at and help create an individualized treatment plan.
