Alison Troost

I am a Master's level Licensed Mental Health Counselor in WA state. I have worked in a variety of settings including both inpatient and outpatient. Currently, I use a variety of CBT, RO DBT, and DBT research-based interventions in my outpatient practice to help clients meet their goals.

In my experience, I have learned that the relationship is the soil that provides the growth seen in therapy. I use a person-centered approach to facilitate change and growth in therapy.
