My approach is collaborative and skill-based, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I help clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, mood changes, stress, relationship difficulties, and overwhelming emotions. Together, we work on building emotional regulation, improving communication, strengthening coping skills, and increasing self-awareness.
I have extensive experience working with teens and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, emotional reactivity, life transitions, peer or family challenges, and difficulties managing strong feelings that can sometimes come out as anger. I also support adults who are looking to better understand themselves, improve relationships, and feel more balanced in their daily lives.
