Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, college-age adults, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, behavioral challenges, grief, academic concerns, life transitions, family changes, and personal growth. I especially enjoy supporting college-age clients and mothers through transitions, relationship stress, and the demands of daily life. With over 13 years of experience in mental health services, I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and ready for growth.

My approach to therapy

Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and increase confidence. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s needs, strengths, and goals. I use CBT, mindfulness-based practices, experiential techniques, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build real-life tools for change. I also incorporate spiritually integrated counseling when requested.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, low-pressure space. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from counseling. My role is to meet you where you are, help you feel comfortable, and support you in building a path forward at a pace that feels right for you.
