Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy services to College Students and Young Adults within the State of California. Clients would describe me as a ‘safe space’, where clients can feel validated and supported when sharing their challenges and exploring next steps. Clients also describe me as motivating, comfortable, and strengths-based focused. I truly value hosting a therapeutic safe space where both parties can be their authentic selves - judgment free zone.

My approach to therapy

Some of these evidence based practices includes: strengths-based focused interventions, EMDR certification, problem solving therapy techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma informed approaches, client-empowerment approaches, client-therapist collaboration techniques, culturally sensitive and tailored interventions, motivation-based approaches, prevention planning approaches, prioritized safety techniques, and mindfulness / holistic approaches to treatment.
