Great to meet you!

After more than two decades supporting individuals through illness, recovery, aging, grief, addiction, and major life transitions, I have come to believe that healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and connected to our own inner wisdom.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative, thoughtful, and centered on building insight, resilience, and a deeper trust in yourself. My approach to therapy is grounded, relational, and deeply attuned to each client’s emotional experience. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and patterns without feeling pathologized. Together, we work to strengthen your sense of self, and help you move through life with greater clarity, trust and love for yourself. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Integration are also possiblities.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you’re invited to share at your own pace. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in and what feels most important to you,
