Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, I believe dignity and self-worth increases when wellness is prioritized. Many of us can grow, change, learn lessons and/or be shaped by our experiences, good or bad. I've worked the past 15 years helping adolescents, adults, groups and community organizations focus on restoration and personal development within their experiences.

My approach to therapy

Think of me as a coach. My specialty is supporting people through transitions to their next stage of life. It's my passion to help guide you along those experiences and create the best possible outcomes based on your values and personal drive. Your path is unique and so is your pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will consist of getting to know each other and an exploration of what our work together can look like. My approach works best to support those who have an understanding and desire to address conflict and challenges of being stuck with respect and honesty. I work to empower clients through humor, warmth and curiosity.
