Your treatment will focus on behavioral change and activation, and cognitive restructuring which will help you feel empowered as you realize that you are able to manage your anxiety, depression, and anything you're currently struggling with.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You will feel understood and validated, yet challenged. I utilize a variety of approaches to meet each clients individual needs. Ones that could be utilized include, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) from a Trauma-Informed perspective.
