Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health since 2018, with experience across a wide range of care settings — including corrections, inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP, and utilization management. Most recently, I have served as a Crisis Response Team Supervisor for the Denver Sheriff's Department, where I developed deep expertise in trauma, high-acuity mental health needs, and substance use. I am dually licensed in Colorado as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), allowing me to bring an integrated, whole-person perspective to every client I work with. I am now making an intentional transition into private practice to offer more personalized, flexible care — and I am genuinely excited to build a therapeutic relationship with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment-Based therapy — weaving together frameworks that help you explore your internal world, reconnect with your values, and build lasting change. My work is deeply trauma-informed, shaped by years on the front lines of crisis response, where I learned that healing looks different for every person. I believe that therapy works best when it is grounded in genuine connection, honest curiosity, and a shared commitment to moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other. I will ask about what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping to gain, and what your life looks like right now — so we can co-create a plan that genuinely fits your needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space from the very first conversation, and I will not rush us into anything before you feel ready. Sessions are conducted via telehealth, offering you the flexibility and comfort of meeting from wherever works best for you in Colorado.
