Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a dedicated and compassionate provider who is passionate about helping individuals feel their best and reach their full potential.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Pittsburg State University and went on to complete my master’s degree at Spring Arbor University. My training has equipped me with a strong foundation in treating a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and attention-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

I believe that mental health care should be a collaborative and empowering process, and I strive to create a supportive, encouraging environment where my patients feel heard, understood, and valued.

My approach to care is patient-centered and collaborative. I enjoy working closely with my patients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and comfort level. Whether that includes medication management, lifestyle changes, or other therapeutic strategies, I believe in meeting patients where they are and supporting them every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. My goal is to get to know you as a whole person, including your experiences, concerns, goals, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past.

We will talk through your current symptoms, history, and what brought you in, and begin identifying what you would like to achieve moving forward. Together, we will start to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs and comfort level. This may include discussing medication options, therapy, lifestyle factors, and other supportive strategies.

My goal for the first session is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported, and to leave with a clearer sense of direction and next steps. I value collaboration and want you to feel confident and involved in your care from the very beginning.
