Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Aliyah Hurling, CRNP, MSN, PMHNP BC. I am a licensed and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience supporting clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. I offer care that is warm, respectful, and centered on your goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe in listening first and understanding what you need as an individual. My care is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel safe and confident. I use evidence-based medication management along with wellness and lifestyle support to treat the whole person. My goal is to help you find clarity, balance, and long-lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm and welcoming environment to discuss what you are experiencing. I will ask questions to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, and you can share at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we will create a clear plan and discuss helpful treatment options. You will leave feeling understood, supported, and confident about your next steps.
