Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need support finding our way through it. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, connection, and hope.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and genuine. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental place where you can feel heard and understood while also gaining the tools and perspective needed to create meaningful change. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

My approach to therapy

As an MCAP, I also have a special passion for helping individuals and families affected by substance use. Addiction impacts everyone it touches, and I work with both those struggling with substance use and the people who love them. I understand the pain, confusion, and challenges that addiction can bring to relationships and families.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are struggling personally, facing relationship difficulties or a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, I will meet you where you are and work with you toward where you want to be.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, develop healthier ways of coping, and move forward with confidence.
